Demo means that the product was opened, is not in its original packaging, and has been used in a demo for a short period of time. All products are inspected by CRUA to ensure they meet our high standards, versions per product may vary.

All open box and demo products come with the same wonderful CRUA 2 year warranty as the original.

We feel that every new tent should be an out of box experience for its owner. Open Box tents have been opened and possibly pitched, but not used. This is usually by our team for quality control. All Open box tents are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team and re-packed as close to the factory packing as possible.
DEMO
Demo Tents that have been unpacked, pitched and lightly used for a demo purpose. All Demo tents are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team and re-packed as close to the factory packing as possible. All Demo tents are cleaned but are not factory clean as they have been pitched.
